The most complete register is The Rolling Stones Blackbook (German/English)

Have a look here:

Maybe Dieter Hoffmann has some issues to spare.
-------------
The Blackbook about the Rolling Stones is thought up as a collection of loose single sheets. In order to receive
a complete discograpy, it is necessary to start with Part 1 as basic works.
The respective published "Updates" (for example Part 2, 3 or Part 4) are to be put in the basic works (= Part 1)
accordingly. Please do follow each attached instruction exactly. By the way, a Schwarzbuch is only an original
with the 'Piggy-file' and the coloured pages (from Part 2, 3 & 7).

Up to now the following parts have been published under ISBN # 3-00-001938-3:

Title Release Date
Part 1 August 1997
Part 2 April 1998
Part 3 December 1999
Part 4 October 2001
Part 5 April 2004
Part 6 November 2005
Part 7 September 2010

All bootlegs documentation I have seen includes mistakes, even the Schwarzbuch has mistakes.

Seems to be a good guide, especially for live recording bootlegs BUT it is strange that there's no even one mention to Southamerica...1995, 1998 & 2006.
