I thought it was already there on ELL, it's listed on this page as Mr D version (DVD9)

Seems to be the same as [Mr.D] source previously shared by you.

It IS the same source. You could buy it in 2 formats; 3 X DVD5 or 1 X BR.
However, they came without menu and were out of sync.
Midimannz converted those to DVDs ( 1 X DVD9 and 2 X DVD5) and BR WITH menu and audio in sync.

Mr D bought the 3 X DVD5 version and Luc both (3 X DVD5 and 1 X BR)

So previous DVD and BR shared by Midimannz was actually sourced from 3xDVD and now we got the tapers BR version.

Correct, MrD version of BluRay was SD (standard definition)made from dvd5 clips and Luc version is HD (high definition) from the BluRay
