i found it on usenet quite a few years ago. it came with a crack, so i'm not really sure how expensive it is. it does work, though.
also, I need to thank you with all my heart for the wonderful DVDs that you have been authoring. Also thanks to all the folks that contribute to the making of these live documents that we can enjoy whenever we want too.
