Hey all, wondering if anyone has any ideas to help this non-tech savvy person. In switching phones recently, I lost a lot of great Stones song. Versions of songs n concert that I really loved. I'm wondering if anyone knows a place where you can find certain live versions of songs. Not whole concerts, necessarily. Thanks in advance

Right here on the "Hot Stuff" section of this web-site is the place. You could also register for an account on the "Dime a Dozen" torrent web-site or the "Electric LadyLand" web-site.

2 things though :

A) They are mostly full concerts now or full studio outtakes albums. You would then have to hand pick which songs to add to your mobile phone or portable music player .... after downloading the full albums to your computer for an example.

If your phone has removable storage media like a micro SD card,you could simply "copy and paste" the tracks from your computer's hard drive to the micro SD card and then re-insert it (the card) into the phone.

b) The songs are usually in a lossless format such as FLAC instead of compressed mp3's here and always lossless on Dime a Dozen. If your phone or portable music player can't handle FLAC files,you could convert the FLAC files to WAV or to mp3 with free software. WAV would be the recommended option under that scenario as WAV is also a lossless format and most mobile devices CAN handle WAV music files.

Or you could make a list of your most wanted and post it here; maybe we can point you in the right direction, or some kind soul might even help you out by sending you some stuff.
