Last call - can anybody post a good hi-res scan of the CD, or provide a link to one somewhere out there? I can only find some low-quality skewed images.

I have good shots of the front (with sticker) and back of the plain white cardboard sleeve, so it's just a good shot of the disc that I'm looking for.
