But it past several month without reply & sending CDs since then.

I'd send BV a personal e-mail with Fortilix REAL name and get him to chase him up.
If BV fails to contact him then you should reveal his real name here for all of us to avoid.

This is not the first when this happen with fortilix. I was in this same situation with him in last year.

6 months later.....

I have had the same experience. It's unfortunate because he was a good trader in the past. Always very slow and many excuses but you always got the discs. I hope Thierry changes his mind and does the right thing and get people their discs.
