What paper size do you use to print out the CD artwork?

I use A4 - Pro jet - matt 130 gsm lightweight card...(it's actually shiny on one side (the side you print on) but not as shiny as photograph quality paper or card.
I use this for DVD covers too.

Is the paper that you are using already sized to fit the CD case? I am trying to print on and 8x10 sheet of paper, but the computer/printer uses the entire sheet.
How do I re-size the image to make it print the size of a CD case?

2858x2858 pixels, for the front and 2788x3565 for the back in 600 dpi are the good size to print ordinary covers. but it's more easy to print with software adjust pictures (Coverpro,. Burning software like nero...)
