BAD TRADER

Some people here tend to forget it is a Buy/Sell/Trade section.

Some people take your money and don't deliver! Some people don't know what "Bad Trader" means.

You talk to the wrong person...
Like many other iorrer here I know John and bought him boots several times without any problem.
Btw, I will never understand why some people ask to somebody who sells something to give it for free.

1. As far as I remember, I never had any dealings with this seller, so I'm not going to say anything about "good" or "bad" trader.

2. Many people still want the real thing, be it silver pressed or on a CDR label. (I had a friend who would buy everything that came out, when a shipment from Japan was intercepted by Belgian customs, he got afraid and me and another of his friends hid his collection for a couple of months. I had literally thousand originals (not only Stones) in boxes stacked in my basement, worth thousands of dollars. I asked him many times why he didn't just trade and his answer was that he liked to look at the discs, booklets, special packaging and so on)

3. This part of IORR is indeed called "Buy, Sell, Trade". But over the time, it became more a "share your bootlegs" page. Maybe BV should change the name into "Share your stuff" and create a new page just for "Buy, SEll, Trade"

4. If an offer to sell comes up, it's always good to look at the Vault's "Listing by label" and in many cases you will find that the offered original is already available for download. (or you could just post a request and someone might be willing to share or direct you to a page where you can find the download.

Just my 2 (Euro-) centstongue sticking out smiley

Some people want the real article.
I dealt with John in the 90s and had no problems with him.
Some people don't know how to download or burn a disc etc.
