All mails were send (both to the people who posted their e-mail address here as to those who e-mailed me privately).

A warning; some mail programs seem to cut the download URL in half, so if you click on the highlighted (usually blue) part, you will get a message "file not found".

If that is the case, do a copy of the COMPLETE URL and paste it in the address bar of your browser.

The URL I sent was very long, so as to avoid this problem in the future, I will make a "short link".
