"The Idol Mind label have their shot at the Rolling Stones Brixton show that many other labels have also released. Using their vaunted rubidium remaster, combining the soundboard up with the audience tape, they promise the best possible sound for this show (!). Initial copies also come with a BDR disk, gaining pace with the major labels love of upgrading their product on to blu-ray disks to furnish the best sound available, the BRD disk also features the audience shot video version of the show, twinned with this remaster along with 2 versions of "the “Stripped” TV special – an “On -Air” version and an “Off-Air” version"

"combining the soundboard up with the audience tape" that is the VGP one or the "Having A Laugh..." one?

I think they mean they combined the SBD audio with the audience VIDEO, so they are not referring to VGP or "Having A Laugh..."

Are we still expecting a pro-shot version at some point?

I guess they just used the AUD for the introductions, maybe just a copy of the already available complete version 8was it from no name ?).
if thats the case, the source doesnt matter. don´t think they did a matrix.
I have ordered the box and hopee to get it next week.

Damn I though they synched the new SB with the old aud tape(s) for additional depth and comfort of the listener.
That's what I would have done if I were Mr IMP!

It's Japan stuff so you have to find a Web site that deals with non-Jap customers or find an IORR member who has connections with the land of the rising sun...

of course you can be sure that I thought about this already, but I have decided that it´s not worth to use the available AUD versions.
of course I can be wrong, maybe someone else will try it (or tried it).

Another problem :
aren't video sources prone to speed issues as soon as they're transferred to NTSC from PAL (or the opposite). Movie buffs know this as "PAL speed-up" (with a NTSC --> PAL conversion) which is about 4%.

If the Brixton vid was transferred from one format to another, we'd have to check the speed of the music prior to merging it with an aud source.
Maybe the Rattlesnake crew have checked this before having the Ds pressed...

analog videos are always speed issues infected, right.
that`s why I had to split LA75 into 500 pieces and speed correct every
single bit of audio to sync it with the video.
it´s easy to work on videos nowadays but everything at least before 2000
is a pain in the ass.

As the description posted by dcba already says:

It's the old aud tape synched with the SBD audio. And upscaled to 1080p.

The PROSHOT will probably be released when all Rattesnake CDs are being sold out.
