The poster is talking about Geraldo Rivera's 1975 Stones special on his network televsion programme "Goodnight America" - there's a long & really insidious interview w/Bianca (I believe edited to make her appear so & questions designed to reinforce Bianca the @#$%& stories).

There's the rehearsal of HTW w/Mick standing stock still w/sunglasses on, a can of Bud in his hand & confetti showering over him. There's also the live footage from the first show.

If you watch this and you're under 50, this was the 70s. I was there. A f&cking hell of a lot more exciting than the dross that passes for anything now.

The HTW reh must be very interesting. The second part of Goodnight America includes Alla down the line, reh. from May 31st. The following year I went to Knebworth, so I'm over 50.

There are 15 minutes available of 'Goodnight in America' on various bootleg DVD, i.e. on 'Diverse recordings & specials Vol. 13' by Harry Hendriks, the same again on MCP 'Stoned again by the rockers - revised edition' and a partly rebroadcsted release on Riffbuk' s 'Stones Diary Vol. 16'.
But on all of these there is no interview with Bianca and the rehearsal of HTW is only a snippet.
