I think the message told you something like "temporarely unavailable"
I just checked and find the link is o.k. at this moment.
after pressing the downlod button each time the message from filefactory reads "couldnt get the connection to db"

I have "DVD MfG-04 1994.09.18_Columbia remake", but in 4 parts, so It will be no good to upload a part.
But if you can extract the two parts you downloaded and tell me which files you have, I can send the missing ones (VOB etc), hoping that it is the same version.

Beside the dedication to Carl, the main reason to sync this video was
