Out of interest, how many people have bought a premium account since the Stones Vault has started?

It may help us if we get problems with them to say "We have introduced xxx number of premium accounts for you".

If you have and don't mind acknowledging, can you add to this thread.

Thanks.

Same problem here... Although I don't have PayPal either. Would really love to be enabled to up- and download faster as I'm a big fan of all the things Jaap and Chris do for us, but I think it is extremely hard for a student without regular income to get a MasterCard, Visa or AX. And unfortunately my father who spent the PPV for me does not at all like companies like FileFactory or RapidShare...

Have you made a free account there, Max? This doubles the speed from 150 kb/s to 300 kb/s. But all the other limitations are the same.

yes i did--saw stonesvault--so impressed and so grateful--you guys are beyond generous--you are princes (and i mean that in the best way).
i bought a one month premium account, then, when the $39 for one year became available, i extended it to one year. i have already, in this short time gotten more than my money's worth.
money, however, can not begin to compensate you for what you offer freely to us all--nevertheless, i am honored to contribute to your effort and have done so.

Yes I did
but I'm not pleased about using Visa with tax for foreign trading

If someone is using a downloader (for example Jdownloader) you can renew your IP after downloading and so you don't have to wait a hour or more for the next download.

Yes, it's a shame that most of these companies don't take PayPal any more. PayPal have banned them due to the illegal filesharing.

I have paid by credit card for the last 3 years on my own FF account and they have always been good and not overcharged or double charged etc.

How do you do that?

Sorry, I answer so late. I was sick.
Activate in the "Toolbar Manager" "Automatic IP Renew" and now you can click on the buttom. Be sure, that no other activity is in use. The renew kills your Internet connection and started again with a new IP.

Just be aware that with broadband like my sky broadband, the network can turn your connection speed down if it thinks that you are getting a lot of errors, and it sees repeated re-starts as errors.
