that not all data will be lost one day if filefactory
will end like, for example, megaupload and has to shut down ?

Good question. Let's hope it doesn't end.

File Factory seem to have a bit of a stricter policy about deleting copyrighted files than MegaUpload did.

I suppose even if it lasts for one year, then everybody could have downloaded lots of great stuff from it.

Ofcourse one can never be sure.
This is how I look at it;
1. The vault is primairaly set up for backup reasons.
2. links are available for a long time.
3. Files are widely spread.
4. Hope on solidairity when I suffer from disk crash when files are no longer available through ilefactory.
