I have d/l "IMP-508V - Madison Square Garden 1972 [NTSC - 2xDVD5]" twice but there appears to be a problem unpacking the files. Any help? I did try and delete the underscores (_) in three of the parts, but the problem remains.

UPDATE: Worked smoothly after a last redownload. One part was corrupted in the first downloads...thanks again,

To replace the individual tracks I just had to get hem all.
One track was not available temporarely and finaly was downloadable today.

Sometimes one has to be patience and keep on trying. Hated it hapened to me this time.

Anyway, I succeeded.

Can someone give me an "idiots guide" to getting started with File Factory please?

I've signed up for a free account - and I think I've managed to get the "stonesvault.rar" file into my account - but then I don't seem to be able to open it - or do anything with it. I'm sure I'm just being stupid - but any help in opening this file (or a guide as to what I should do next!) - would be gratefully appreciated.

I need help with File Factory also, please. I got the stonesvault.rar file into my account, and got a premium account to be able to download more files. What program is best to use on a Mac to extract rar files? I am looking for a free to download program. Also, how are the files viewed once downloaded, through Itunes, or do you burn to a DVD? How do you get them to show up in Itunes? Sorry for all the questions, but I am new at downloading files like this, and nothing seems to be working for me. I am looking for DVD's of these 2012-13 shows:

Newark 12-13-12
L.A. 5-3-13
Toronto 5-25-13
Toronto 6-6-13

I also once was asked to insert a disc by winrar, Than I just pointed in the little browser section at the next rarfile and that answered the question.
