That didn't occur to me. It sure looked like a teaser for a never-before-released official video clips collection, completely restored and enhanced. Because nothing further has arisen from that spot for so long, you might be right, but it would be nice to find something conclusive so that dummies like me can cease looking out for further developments on the topic. The promo spot doesn't have any links to any further explanation.
Noticeable is the text mention early in the promo about restoration of over 50 promo videos. Sure looks like news of the long-awaited official release to me. I'm going to send an e-mail to Mercury, asking for clarification. Will post any reply in this thread.
Having said that, I really want to mention that the "after" for UOTN is still disappointingly grainy and not what I would have thought that today's technology could come up with.
