I'm pretty sure that this "pro shot" is the feed to the large screen, animations are used (see my youtube clip below), the "HTW" clip is shown and so on.
The picture is a little grainy, but sound quality ain't to bad.

Create a folder called VIDEO_TS on your HD and unzip the rar files to that folder (except the artwork of course). Then burn that folder to DVD.
If you hesitate about the quality, download "part 2" first and watch the vob file (with VLC for example)
