How many versions/releases of the lost Live Decca Album are there? Which do you recommend? Are they all the same track listings (except for bonus tracks)?

Btw, it is not a lost "Decca" album. It would have been 1972...

I wonder if somebody has this complete original broadcast from WMMS Radio Cleveland. However I fear that not...
These CDs must be taken from there however.

Thank you wiredallnight!

This:

[onlyrockandroll.london]

claims to be from the broadcast!

But as we have no lineage, we don't know where it is from!
Maybe from the VGP bootleg???

And anyway, they don't deliver to Germany...

My optimized version (better sound & smoother transitions):

[we.tl]

Originally taken from CD "Very Ancient, Thank You Kindly° (Scorpio SCO-30), except YCAGWYW from mono vinyl LP "Keep Your Motor Runnin'"

PS. My first rougher attempt ended on VGP-243 Keep Your Motor Running

Thanks.

I just ripped a CD-R from my collection.

It is called American Tour 1972 and according to the Info file it is a remastered version of the Decca Unreleased Live-Album.

The file includes not only the tracks but also artwork, SPEK files, 2 slightly different INFO files,as well as ffp-, MD5- and sfv-files.

Link: hxxps://drive.google.com/file/d/1grYhaZpOp8Rd2otX6j9dc04BryfK7zCx/view?usp=sharing
xx = tt

This is one of the 2 Info files:
*********************
ROLLING STONES
American Tour 1972
Recorded live in Fort Worth & Philadelphia 1972

Unreleased Decca Live Album CD -> remastered by me with Adobe Audition (a bit equalized*, hiss reduced*, channel swapped, tracks put in correct order) -> FLAC Frontend -> You

* I did this very carefully to not destroy the music by over-dehissing etc.

Excellent stereo soundboard

No artwork.

1. Brown Sugar
2. Bitch
3. Rocks Off
4. Gimme Shelter
5. Happy
6. Tumbling Dice
7. Love In Vain
8. Sweet Virginia
9. You Can't Always Get What You Want
10. All Down The Line
11. Midnight Rambler
12. Rip This Joint
13. Jumping Jack Flash
14. Street Fighting Man

Almost all of the 1972 soundboard recordings incl. "Philadelphia Special" from TSP and VGP and the Rattlesnake "Touring Party" 7CD box suffer from lots of dropouts (escpecially in the right channel) due to a damaged analog source tape. Maybe this version is better...

Thanks Joguema, I remember that this one was made by me ages ago from the CD "Unreleased Decca Live Album" on Stonehenge as source. smiling smiley
There is also circulating a rip of the 2LP "Philadelphia Special" (not the TSP!) which is more or less the same.
