This list is still not perfect, but pretty good. [dl.dropboxusercontent.com]

I have not yet fixed the shows Erik pointed out were AUD (Essen, Hamburg).
It counts ALD, IEM, as SBD, as well as a matrix with part SBD.

Malmo and Cologne 1970 are obvious errors. Feel free to point out others and I will update the list.
