I took the time to sort my Stones photos (and those you have send me).
I send here the first folder (1963, and later to 70's).
I haven't got books on the Stones, pictures are only collected on the internet for ten years. It is very likely that I do nothing feeds your own collections (some were willing to share, thank you to them: His Majesty, Honestman, Rank Stranger ...).

You will find therefore: promotional photos, live shots, but also advertising, and a great source for album covers (restored, dusted, cd format 12xm x 12cm 300dpi + Gigasize links).

The biggest job is to surf the net (and having time to do it), and classify these images chronologically. Alas, it is rare to have information on the shooting date (and even less about the authors).
What is needed is a good visual memory, compare outfits, the backgrounds, microphones etc ... Thus, failing to have a date to suggest, at least to group images.
I also chose the photos to the highest resolution found, laid the duplicates ...
It would have even more energy.

I propose, a folder by year, then another staging folder for photos not filled.
You'd be great to cross-reference, to compare with yours, then, if you want, send me additions, better sources, and especially ... to send me back the pictures with information about the date and location of a particular photo.

Thanks, but why do you keep using Gigasize? Many of us cannot download from there.

With Gigasize I can dl .
On the right side under Free member download the blue mini words
"Click here to begin your download" click .
Then write the word from the new picture and enter.
now on the left side go the seconds from 30,00 to 0.
Now can "click here" click .And the dl started.

You're right but Strettonbull too.There's some places worldwide where Gigasize doesn't work at all even as a free member download

Sorry for the countries where it's not working.
But We Transfer not keeping files for a very long time,
and you can't see how many downloads are mades.
I like We Transfer (it's also beautiful), but it's just good between two persons.

What's wrong with Mediafire or Rapidshare?

I've had files with Mediafire for over 3 years and I've never paid anything. They say they could be deleted, but they've never deleted anything of mine, yet.

I know you have uploaded lots of Stones stuff - many thanks for that.

But why your are asking for 'Mediafire' or 'Rapidshare'?

Some people use Rapidshare with a Premium Account (so do I & some other), some use 'Mediafire' but other use 'Gigasize' or 'Hotfile' or 'Oron' or 'LetiBit' or ...or ....
There are so many possibilities to up- & download something. It's not fair to urge 'Mediafire' or 'Rapidshare'!
We all should be delighted that 'teagueraw' give us the chance to profit from his work.

I think more reservation, more respect should be necessary to all uploaders.
To scrutinize an upload in this way is not fair!

As I said in my post, some of us cannot use Gigasize. It says we have reached our limit, even though we have not downloaded anything from them.

Secondly - just look at what happened to Urban Steel.
