I think you're right and that there isn't a Volume 3.
When Teague Raw posted Vol 4 his post started like this:

Actually, it's a pity if it is as real as you write.
I have since read that is not yet completed vol.3. By Teague Raw I was of the opinion that it would give this already.

By searching (not really easy to find all of his stuff, but really happy to hear it), I success to find everything he remaster but I don't find any links to have "OUTTAKES & RARITIES - Vol.4 BEGGARS BANQUET SESSIONS"...
