Two things:

1. Are you aware of the speed/pitch increase midway through Dance Little Sister?

2. The splice with the 78 Tour rehearsal version of Crazy Mama is interesting, but it is most likely Bernhard Harvey on keys and not Mac.

Harvey (ex Bob Marley c. 1974, Burning Spear and other reggae sessions) was sacked roughly two days before rehearsals ended and the 78 tour began, replaced by Mac on short notice. The 78 rehearsal tapes are most probably from the earlier portion of the tour rehearsals.

Glad the info helps.

In case you misunderstood, I was suggesting that the tape itself, not the performance/band, speeds up.

Wasn't sure if this was correctable.

You don't play a .rar file you decompress it... winking smiley It's like a .zip file if you're a Mac user.
