What's my point in pointing out your spelling error?
What was your point in dismissing my choices for the next archive release?
Close your account if you want but I hope you stay.
It seems you're an expert on Stones shows and performances and your input here is greatly valued.
Suggesting that I'm an unwelcome nanny here was uncalled for and that's why you are getting pushback from this group.
I'm willing to bury the hatchet with you but if you want to have a pissing match here I'm happy to correct your spelling all day.

I'm a real stickler for correct spelling as well, and I see a lot of incorrect spelling and bad English structuring in this forum. That has to be lived with by all of us for one basic reason, and that's that far from all members speak English as their first language. Just for starters, look at the subtitle for the name of this site - The Rolling Stones Fan Club of Europe. That alone encompasses a majority percentage of countries that don't have English as their first language.

Often I think that a lot of obviously English second language members do really well to get their point across, which is what I, and all of us should, concentrate on. Fortunately, for the purposes of this forum and effective communication, I rarely fail to get the point of what any member is saying. QED.

At a rough guess I would say that most of the native english members like myself wouldn't be able to even join a foreign speaking forum!

If I had to speak to European members in their own languages I wouldn't last 5 minutes.

At least they make the effort (we rarely do), and mostly do it very well IMO.

Do you mean that I have to go as well? I don't want to be one of the bad guys of course.

Hey I love this forum and a huge thank you to all those who post the shows here for us to enjoy.
I'm still hoping for something from 95 or 99
Any club show in soundboard quality would be welcomed.
Retreads of long circulating shows just doesnt excite me.
I buy them to have the best quality version but I'd love Paradiso in soundboard or Toronto 99.
I'd even pay more than 9 bucks for them in flac

What's next:
Welcome to NY (72)
Leeds Stones (71)
Liver (69)

It would make me really very happy if they release the ones you listed. It would be great to have those concerts complete and with a soundboard recording!

That was by far the most intelligent comment regarding this matter.
I am also a member, who's mother language is NOT English, but I'm very often astonished how many misspellings are made especially by people, of whom I know that they are English or American. Top error: their and there.
Come on, in most cases WE speak a better English than you speak OUR language.

OK, I see one can't "delete one's account".
So I'll just stay away, at least for 2012. Can't make promises about the years after that. And "someone" has a point; I am very rude, and even nasty. So I think it's time for me to stay away, as I've insulted a lot of folks. (most of them deserve it though...especially the ***** attacking Munichhilton in this thread.....but not everybody deserve it, of course).
But who gives a crap, it's just a message board, not a family dinner.
Thanks for your comments above, my friends, that is appreciated
Happy new year, and ta ta

I'll buy it out of curiousity and to compare but no real thrill here for me.

"Toronto 2005 "
This will break the logic of classic bootlegs release, as this show hasn't been in circulation before.
This dosn't bother me, I prefer new material than the old already know stuff.

Not really as we've heard these shows before.
If Toront0 2005 came out that would be a thrill for me.
Its never been released before (to my knowlege) and these are special club shows.

f*k me...if they released an "archive" from 2005...well they might as well release an archive from 2011...fair dinkum...wat a joke !

archive = 1963-1982

it is a diamond dozen any show from 1989 onwards !
and it's certainly not archival !!!
