amazon do not ship to the place where he lives. Guess amazon will not accept his credit card either. I doubt he even can get ANY postage from abroad these days. Belarus, you know...

The only way to get it is to find somebody from Russia or Ukraine, maybe (but questionable) Baltic states who could trade or share.

Otherwise - rutracker is always avaible.
