Somehow the Babylon style artwork does not fit to Voodoo Lounge... (or could they already look into the future?)

The track list doesn't make any sense - Why include "Sex Drive" and "SFM (from @ the Max)" on a Voodoo Lounge promo sampler ??? ... This and the "Babylon"-style promo artwork look terribly dodgy all together.
Would be really surprised now if you tell me it's a legit Virgin Records promo now.
