I have this CD but the 12"-Version is not incluted!
The [Extended Version] on my CD is only the Album Version from Talk is Cheap!

I`m looking for the real 12"-Version.

According to D. Hoffmann's Recording Index the extended version (6:43) is only on the 12" vinyl single (Virgin VST 1179).

Just had a listen to this 12"vinyl after all these years - a filler, not a killer.

Silkcut are you saying its a badly edited extension [like 'Just Another Night"]...or is it actually a full 1:51 seconds more of the studio recording?

It's a bad (in my opinion) edited extension and not just a longer version.

This track definitely starts out as a 'remix' and ends as a 'remix' but in between, there are definitely a few new guitar parts and other things I have not heard or not noticed before.

Strange that it shows up on so few 12" type compilations.

It's got it's subtle differences. Unfortunately my 12 inch suffers from severe surface noise throughout the extended version. The vinyl looks absolutely mint so I suspect a pressing error. Anyone can help me out with a 'clean' rip of the vinyl?
