Downloading is no problem. Burning a DVD is no problem.
But...synchronizing and improve the sound a little, now that's a (my) problem

You'll need some software and it's not the cheapest.....

I looked it up; the cheapest version costs 54 Euro and the most expensive (Directors Suite) 270 Euro. Had a quick look at the specifications and some versions should be able to solve the synchro issue.

I bought the BIG version so I could edit and share these concerts, sync audio is quite easy to do

Maybe it's better that you do this work because .... before I find the program and I learn to use it arrives Christmas 2020 ....

I have done it. The DVD will be uploaded soon.
As audio I've taken my remastered Kansas City version: Kansas City, Here We Come (ZitRock ZR-CD-RST-15-01)

I made a DVD9 for myself using Camtasia Studio 8.
It's a simple DVD, a rudimentary menu (no chapters) and that's it.
I will upload it later for those interested, while waiting for one of our wizards to make a better version
