I used the video (only) from my Nashville DVD , the audio was the Pittsburgh gig as I did not locate any video good enough to use for Pittsburgh on YouTube
very nice to see the total shot at the beginning when the lights go out. that would have been my plan too, if I had done the multicam.

Only gotta add these into the 'blank' spots after finalizing and fitting new audio.
