I´m one of the 2 authors and yes, it´s out of print and no copies are left.

there are 5 volumes (up to 1994/95 & Keith solo). they are all out of print and not available anymore. I have them all on my hard drive here and wanna make them downloadable for free soon, as soon as I have time to get all pages sorted out and up to date, since there have been several upgrades with every new issue.
