DVD of live shows (upgrade from VHS)

Hi all,
I have a number of worn VHS tapes and wanted to upgrade to DVD. I prefer not to support the bootleg industry by buying their products and instead trade (or download).
I wonder if there is a place where I can download say
Hampton 1981
Atlantic City 1989
Steel Wheels 1990 Japan Tour
Urban Jungle Barcelona 1990
These I have on VHS and would love to have on good quality DVD. I also have some private films on VHS from Rotterdam 1990 (3rd gen-upper left) and Torino 1990 (2nd gen-upper left, close). Are they out on DVD as well?
