1983 interview 7" single

I have seen this on e bay ( ref 230530980642 ) , it's a 1983 7" single ( 33 1/3 rpm ) on Rolling Stones Records featuring interviews with all 5 Stones of the time . It has the matrix no. R-8370 . Any one got any ideas or further info ?

Is it the Beggar's Banquet Fan Club 33?

If it is, its an interview with all of them and nobody really has anything of substance to say. Ron and Keith are already sauced when the tape starts rolling, and you can even hear the ice in their tumblers.

Charlie and Mick hold up a few interesting things by asking each other a few questions of little substance, and I don't even remember if Bill talks at all.

It starts with a Fan Club type greeting and ends that way too.

It probably is the fanclub interview single. It sounds like they really had fun recording it.
