Hi Scott; the reason is that Rolling Stones (or KBFH maybe) decided to mix some 1978 material into the 1981 radio broadcasts.....perhaps they thought the 1978 versions were superior.....which they indeed were!

Thanks,Erik. I didnt know this release was from a radio b'cast source so now I see what you mean. The majority of the time VG was pretty accurate listing their sources (although the "Hot August Night" claiming a full sb from Bill Graham himself was a little far-fetched! lol)
