If you don't have any luck here with Dallas 10.11.1989 I can tell you it's available over on houseofbootlegs.com - you'll have to register if you haven't already but it is free. Then look for the Tumbling dice section, then Steel wheels tour - there's loads more there too but none of the others on your list - hope that helps, EddieByword

If you do have a master recording from copenhagen 1990, I would be very ,very glad for an upload!
