I have posted the following from a cassette recording I made at this concert (Western Springs Stadium, Auckland. Feb 1974). Unfortunately the inane comments were made by a couple of mates and myself at the time! It was one of the first airings of Pool Hall Richard and really was a great show. I am always a fan of the Mick Taylor era of the Stones and aren't overly impressed of Ron Woods contributions in comparison. However on his own with the faces he was unique. There is some superb slide work on the Borstal Boys Medley and his overall performance was really good. Unfortunately I only have the second half of the concert on tape, but it is worthwhile checking out. I have attached the link for the first 3 tracks and hope to post the rest later today.
