I just love this song, in a way I'm glad it was never a huge hit. When I play it for friends I get the same answer. Who's that? I tell em the greatest band in the world.
one of keef's best songs .there is a rough and very beatiful quality to keith's voice and his voice has such a poignant and sweetness to it.one of my favorite keith tunes. i wish the stones would release a single or double cd of all keith songs .that would be killer.
it will always be a mistery to me what people like about this song! jaggers affected singing, horrible production...the acoustic solo is nice though... but on the other hand i think not so many people would understand why someone loves "indian girl". i dont know why, but i do!
I don't think I talked about this song In the last AHYS thread, so I'll comment in hear, I think its a great song, its nice and soulful and mellow and really hits the spot. I believe that it is also the cousin of Beast Of Burden.

If I ever play this to someone who I know has not heard it, I swear 9 out of 10 people have made comment on how good a song it is & start asking questions about which album its from, year, film clip etc etc...
