Love AC/DC

Let me turn around the motto: I don't hate Abba but never liked them. But I have a song that I love of them: Does Your Mama Know! I even have that Agnetha single The Heat Is On, produced by Chap of ChinniChap (Sweet and rubbish like that). Don't tell anybody, I'll confess it on my bed of death.

Can't stand the sound of the album. For Satanic I exagerated a little bit...

Stones - Less Than Zero

Dislike the tune so much, I even got the title wrong...lol...Back To Zero it is.
Evidently it was co-written by Chuck Leavall, so that helps to explain the inferiority of it.

Another is from Zep - Carouselambra...don't hate it, but strongly dislike it...too much keyboard, not enough guitar...not very Zeppelinesque imo.

Well, if Mick hadn't put some lyrics on a piano pattern and Keith agreed to add his part and release it...
To me, Mick's "hard rock" numbers on Dirty Work and his solo records (mind: plural used!) are more terrible.

Uhhh...I think my quote was added to your post JJHMick...lets clear that up. I agree about Mick solo stuff..pretty bad.
Back To Zero should have been on one of his solo releases, it would have fit right in.

Kinks-Superman

Beatles-Yellow Submarine
The Who-Squeeze Box
Zeppelin-Going to California

These are some of my favorite bands and I'm trying to think of songs that I skip over when I'm listening to the CD.

MacPhisto, did you spin it backwards on your turntable for the true meaning? Wow, what a flashback thought. Now there is something the Stones missed, media and fan speculation of that level.

Well for every band I like I can usually find one song of theirs I don't like but one in particular that doesn't even sound like the same band to me is the Steely Dan song Dirty Work.. I love just about all their songs but to me that doesn't even sound like them.

No, frankly speaking I had enough after hearing it played normally, so I didn't get to hearing it backwards...

But now that you mentioned it: is it worth the effort?^^ I'd love to think of the song as meaningful, something beyond "Number nine...number nine...number nine" ;-)

Writing these lines I remember that there is a similar "message" on the Sgt. Pepper album. Just play the very very end (the strange loop after "A Day In The Life" ) backwards and you'll something sounding VERY like: "We'll f*ck you like supermen"... and not just once, hehe^^
