Two numbers on Ten years After: Rock'n roll music is recorded with the Rolling Stones mobile in Cap Ferrat so it must be around when Exile is done. Were there any links between the two bands (actually those two numbers are a different from the rest of the album regarding guitars)?

No, but there is a connection between Machine Head,
which Deep Purple recorded in Montreaux with Stones mobile studio.

the Stones had the first and only mobile (multitrack) recording studio availlable,
so lots of artists around that time wanted to have a go at it.
