It holds 600, it's an old cinema dating back to about 1915. It was pretty full but not a sell out, maybe 500. He played there in Nov 2006 too, that was a Saturday night and a sell out (no Stones songs that time round)

Yeah (should have said, sorry) it's a small town in Yorkshire, northern England, about half way between Leeds and Manchester.

Dunno really - think this was one of about 4 gigs in UK so not sure what plans are after that.

Do you remember the old Kenny Everett show where Kenny 'confused' Bill with Jagger, and Bill played along... Perhaps Kenny hitted something then...

Anyway, how come I have the impression that Bill might feel a bit nostalgic there, and perhaps even misses something... But what I would like to see is to put the Charlie boy behind the drums, and witness a re-birth of the straightest rhythm section in rock! Forget Mick, Keith, and the alcoholic new boy, but dear God give us Bil and Charlie together. That would make a grown man like me cry, for sure.

Until recently, I lived in Bradford-about 20 miles North of Holmfith.
Anybody familiar with the BBC TV programme "Last of the Summer Wine" will know it was filmed in this area of Yorkshire. Wonderful countryside. Lovely people - very warm and natural.
None of the phoney show-biz stuff malarkey.Very down to earth.
Ronnnie could do with doing some post rehab in the area, would stand a better chance of getting his health back, I feel.
