Tumbling Dice lyric question

Near the fade on the studio version of Tumbling Dice, where Jagger is just sort of vamping with the words, he seems to say "Cream and sugar" - any takes on what the exact words are?

On the original recording and the 1972 European TV performance he sings "Sweeter than sugar and spice."
