...is amazing and stunning (insert synonym here). Does anyone know what tuning he's in and what chords he's playing here? I wanna try to figure it out.
AND, when did they record this and why did they never iron it out enough to put on a record? They were definately onto something with it...did it transform into a different song or something?
I have always had the suspician it's Mick on guitar and not Keith. The structure of the song is very loose and not very logical, but voice and guitar follow eachother perfectly.
I suppose it was finished as 'Winter' on Goats Head Soup - At least some of the lyrics were retained 'wrap my coat around...'. In The Carla Olsen..Mick Taylor version of Winter on her 'Truth' album she uses some of the lyric of 'Blood Red Wine' towards the end of the twelve minute recording.
