I just got a notice from ABKCO...
They informed me that they are having all my scans taken down.

I was singing a few stones songs in the shower this morning and got a call from ABKCO telling me to stop.

Can I ask you which song(s) were you singing?

lol...
I'd won't succumb to the temptation of hijacking my own thread into pun-land.

Good call.

Funny thing is I don't believe ABKCO even owns the rights to Dirty Work. They're so damned greedy.

Do you have the RS Bigger Bang cover story? I never got my subscription issue because of Katrina. I've seen it ONCE and didn't even get a chance to read it.

Sorry...
My subscription to RS ended a long time ago.

Ha ha. After I started getting them at my then new address in Alabama - I did the change on the internet - I sent them an email - several emails - about not getting that one issue.

Nothing. I just couldn't get that they wouldn't send me the ONE fu*cking issue that got lost in Hurricane Katrina on the way to my mailbox I'm guessing because it never showed up.

So I decided to not subscribe anymore.

hah, it's great of you to put this work in!

have to say that it's not the most exciting library, though... typical conservative old man stuff. Bet the art books are nice, though.

Keith is full of shit, like so many say. I read the two Rolling Stone interviews and in the first one he says he didn't know Hendrix that well at all, and in the second one from 81, he says he knew him fairly well. Makes me think everything he says about Brian Jones is a crock of shit. Brian may have brought a lot on himself, but Mick and Keith took advantage of that, and instead of getting him some help, they just kicked him to the side with a pay-off. @#$%&.
