What year is it?

I would guess the 81 USA or 82 Europe tour - I think their look matches the way they looked around that time.... when did MTV start? They were VERY into the Stones and Rock and Roll in general at the beginning....

MTV started indeed in 1981 but my guess would be that they recorded it a bit later. Circa 1983-1984.

When I saw it, I thought that Keith looked exactly like at the Hampton 81 show. I don't thik it is from 83-84. But I don't know really...

It was filmed in Paris in 82 ! its funny to watch the all interview while they are touchng their noses all the time!!

Ha ha. It is difficult to tell what era it is but what they are saying for the promo makes sense that it's in the first year of emptv. Keith's face is a bit odd. I don't recall seeing any pictures of him with so much grey hair that tour. Could it be from the Undercover time?
