Thanks for posting! Looking forward to this. I was completely unaware this was cooking during the A BIGGER BANG tour.

The interview with Charlie in Paris on the Biggest Bang DVD was the day he and Tim recorded in Paris, without an airconditioning! You can see it on disc four, "If It Ain't Got That Swing".
Tim played this arrangement of Miss You with Thomas Bramerie(bass) and Michael Davis (trombone), Bernard Fowler (vocals) and Franck Amsallem(piano) , Tim on sax and Charlie, of course.
the day after this was recorded the band played this arrangement for the first time in public at the Amsterdam Bimhuis .

The jazzy versions of Stones songs were pretty hot: if I remember correctly, Keith playing on HTW.

But I'm generally bored by 'world music'. But we'll see!

Yeah, I've played the Miss You bonus feature, but that appeared to be for another jazzy STONES PROJECT album. This sounds different. Hell, Mick on vocals will bring a whole other dimension to it.

No, Miss You is not on the first Stones Project, if that is what you mean.

the second project will have bossa nova, jazz, fado, all of it! it sounds quite interesting.
