Ah, Thank You, Rockman - provider of eye candy.
The Touareg-portrait of Keith is among my favourites. Tribal, tough, shows a man with a fantastic face. Extremely photogenic. Most of the photos Annie's taken of him are actually very good. I think it's got to do with chemistry, and not only her photographic skills. But that, too, of course.

What the hell is Keith doing in that second photo? Was he playing a city infested with the plague? Or was he trying to remain anonymous ("who's that bloke up there on the stage with the guitar?" )? Or maybe this was his reaction to the fact that the Mick Jagger Circus Show (TM) had got so big. Whichever, he looks quite the clown. The man is a geetar player who stays in fancy hotels, not a desert renegade on the run from law. Blimey.

ah, so it is - hadn't noticed it was from april, not august. so if it takes less than four months

Sorry that you're sorry... Some people are experts at making others feel bad. But we thank Rockman all the time, and he's ok with it. That's what counts.

in the fire at the house Keith was renting in LA in the autumn of 78.

Steve Jones was and is the guitarist of the Sex Pistols.
