I don't know that, but I certainly hope it will be shown somewhere else.

Unfortunately cinemas are not really good at telling when new movies will premiere.

BTW following the link above it says SAL will open April 17, but it's obviously being shown next Saturday. So maybe that showing next Saturday will just be a one off, and no fdurther showings until April 17?

I think I heard that too. It's a pre-premiere thing I think. Someone from the Copenhagen area posted this not long ago.

Nothing about IMAX yet.

I'm sure it will show in other theaters from April 17 and onwards.

It's shown as part of the NATFILM (natfilm.dk) festival in Copenhagen.

No it`s not IMAX , but it`s northeurope`s biggest cinema . Just watched the trailer , it looked GREAT in there a true place for diehard fans to watch a sneak preview !

I'll be there. Just wonder if there will be any Stones related thing / happening in Imperial that night - fx. playing Stones music or just popcorn and light beer.

I changed my reservation. Me and a pal (Not a fan) are driving to Copenhagen on Saturday to see the film. It's gonna be great.

I just spoke with planetariet where they show the Imax movies and they are trying to get the film, but they couldn't confirm anything yet. They will update on the website www.planetariet.dk if/when they have any progress.

I just got mine ticket for Saturday. Have to go on my own as I don't know many Stones fans.

You can also go personally to Bio City, Sct. Knuds Torv, Århus - and buy your tickets. The bio is 100 m. from the main railway station in Århus.

I´m living in Århus, but I prefer to go to Imperial Copenhagen,
it will be more Stonesy.

I see. It's only in Imperial in Copenhagen though. Not anywhere else. I tried picking first Kinopalæet in Lyngby and then Shine A Light. It also shows there. The thing is that you choose the cinema, and then it goes to the cinema. Choose a movie and it goes to the movie. It's not like first you pick a cinema and then the movie. You pick EITHER the movie or the cinema. If I'm wrong, Shine A Light will show in all Danish cinemas on Saturday. Would be nice, but that's not the case.

Me and my pal will probably be around Imperial at around 18.00 or 19.00. Why don't we reserve a table and get something to eat and a few beers. We can sit like that for a few hours and then head over to Imperial.

I'm in. How about Café René just opposite Palads Biograferne? I'll probably just catch the beers as I have to help my girlfriend with our son. He'll be in bed by 8, so I can catch up at around 9 o'clock.

But that's close to Palads. Shouldn't it be close to Imperial? I've no idea where the cinema is located. I only know that one of the big cinemas is located around the corner from the big train station.

I'm not sure when I can get there, I'm going to a gospel concert about 30 min away from the central station, I think it starts at 16 or 17, so I should be able to be there at around 19.30. I'll find out for sure later. As long as we're not eating at McDonald I'm cool with grapping something to eat!:-)
