It costs a fortune. You have to order off their site. I tried to order from Walden books and they couldn't get it.

It might be worth giving them a call the guy you need to talk to is Mac Dunlop AKA Dr. Rhino.

(800) 546 3670

or this numbersad smiley818) 238 6255

or failing that e-mail him at:

Roderick.Dunlop@rhino.com

once I got through to this guy he sorted out the problems that I was encountering and the book was literally with me the following day and that was a transcontinental delivery!

So persist and get on the phone to them - you'll get there in the end - it is a truly fabulous book.

Hi Mickey
Many thanks for your help.
I have emailed Roderick.Dunlop@rhino.com and i hope i get a reply, it should not be this hard to spend this type of money.
I never experience this problem with Genesis publications.
many thanks once again.

Hi Woody,

A pleasure, he was really helpful and as I say after I'd spoken to him the book was literally at my doorstep in the UK the following day - seriously expensive postage though on top of a seriously expensive book but I know you'll enjoy it when you receive it and aside from the awesome photography, the interviews are a really enjoyable read. Ronnie Schneider in particular is very impressive and comes across as much more engaging then the impression you get of him from Stanley's Booth's excellent "The True Adventures of the Rolling Stones".
