Why would there be a 1989-2005 compilation? Is there an existing compilation that ENDS with tracks from Dirty Work? No, for single-disc compilations, you've got:
Big Hits (1964-1966)
So wouldn't the next volume in the series begin with 1981 and Start Me Up?

Jump Back Vol. 2 would not begin with Steel Wheels. Rewind Vol. 2 would not begin with Steel Wheels, either. You guys are talking about an utterly pointless compilation that would not fill ANY gap in their current official discography.

Elmo Lewis, the great Urban Steel has the No Biz edit of Anybody Seen My Baby for download on the HOT STUFF page at IORR. Just do a search for Urban Steel's MP3 and FLAC collection. If you don't want a download, it was on a promo CD single of Anybody Seen My Baby, but be warned, there were quite a few variations issued so finding the one with that version as opposed to remixes is not as easy as it sounds.

Its the latter, not the former. I am many things, but a great percussionist is not one of them. My real name is Bill Maynard. Disappointing I know, but then the real Rocky Dijon had a different name, too.
