Has anyone read the new novel Sway, by Zachary Lazar? It concerns the intertwining of Mick, Keith, and Brian with a guy named Bobby who did the Manson murders, and a film director named Kenneth Anger, who directed a film in which Mick and this Bobby appeared. I'm about halfway through, and it's pretty good so far. The Manson and Anger parts are appropriately disturbing, and so far I haven't learned anything new about the early days of the Stones, but it's still a good imagining of the volatile relationships between the band members and, of course, Anita.
