Man alway's loved this song, remember when I was a youngster I played it all the time.
Just went trough the first LP's (read MP3's) with my new computer soundcard and an amazing headphone I bought a while back.
The sound ...the tension Mick brings to this song ... the beat from Charlie and Bill the backup from Keith and I believe Brain on guitar and the simple organ GREAT song

Funny this was just posted. I have this CD in the car, and I can't stop listening to this track. I play in 4-5 times in a row. Love everything about this song. I think I might have to cover it too.

I just search my PC and discovered that I have 10 version of "If You Need Me" and there where 6 different version
