Doug Wimbish joins him. One of the coolest and hottest bass players in the world and in my opinion he had be the much better choice than Darryl Jones for the Stones.
As I said before it's a nice venue. It's originally an old church in the middle of Krefeld (near Hochstr./ Neumarkt). Good sound and a smaller place (ca. 200-500).
Just got home from Cologne. What a great show yesterday and what a great venue. The show was great, the musicians were great, actually everyting was great. I will try to post some pictures.
Is this where we are heading? Following members of The Rolling Stones tour entourage around? Can't wait for the Blondie Chaplin tour. I have just smashed my piggy bank to make sure that I have sufficient funds to buy tickets for all my friends. I wouldn't want them to miss it.
Don't know where you are heading Sir Craven, but I had a great time with some great musicians on the stage. That is of course unless you consider these guys not being good musicians: Bernard Fowler vocals Skip Mac Donald guitar Dough Wimbish bass Keith Le Blanc drums
